I am planning to look for a new house. Without a lot of cash, I'll have to look at mortgages for a way to afford a new home. Of course mortgages is the common way for people like me to be able to afford paying for a new home.However there is also a new group of people who buy to let mortgages in view of buying a property and renting it out. This is especially true in UK where the property business has become lucrative.
Again, I recommend doing your research so that you can compare and find cheap mortgages especially when there are so many different mortgages out there today.
