Fitness Journal



This is exactly what I'm looking for. I am overweight at 200lbs and really want to get rid of the excess fat. I definitely don't want to go into a stupid radical diet that only makes things worse. I fully agree that recording and tracking is the first steps to losing weight. You need to know exactly what you are eating and how it affects your body. After all, every body is unique and different in the way it stores or burns excess fat and calories.
